JOB SUMMARY:
Global company based in Gauteng (East Rand) requires an experienced Lean Engineer for a 6 month contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Relevant qualification and a minimum of 3 years lean engineering experience is required
Must have warehousing / imports / shipping experience
Oversee and investigate the documentation for processes in the Warehouse Operation (receiving, dispatch, stock counts, material handling), Shipping Department (import and export)
You must be able to identify weaknesses, risks, inefficiencies, duplications and propose improvements
Lean and continuous improvements experience is essential
