The Role:

We are recruiting a Learner Recruitment Manager L and D to join our team in Sunninghill, Sandton.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualification:

  • Matric
  • Project Management / Business Management diploma 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management / Business Management Degree/ 
    Human Resources Degree

Experience required:

  • At least 5 years proven experience in a management role preferable in a training environment 
  • Knowledge of labor Legislation, Skills Development Act,  Skills Development Levies Act, NQF and SAQA
  • Understanding of the working of different SETAâ??s, the full training cycle and the QCTO
  • Working experience of MS Office (specifically intermediate MS Word and Advanced Excel)
  • Administration experience
  • Valid South African drivers license
Key Accountabilities:

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing all deliverables including performance for the
  • Recruitment Workplace departments
  • Develop, amend and optimize control systems as required
  • Ensure staff are developed and mentored and have the required resources available to effectively perform and can be held accountable
  • Ensure LMS is up to date
  • Develop monthly and quarterly forward load for recruitment and host Department
  • Identify any potential shortages against database and action requirements with recruiter
  • Ensure learners and hosts are secured according to projected timelines at kick off of new projects
  • Monitor upcoming close out reports to ensure that as many learners are secured for roll over where possible.
  • Setting a minimum database target to ensure adequate leads on host sites 
  • Ensure recruitment and workplace identify new sources for learners and hosts and actively engage them
