Learning & Development Administrator with Experience in Industrial Design and Adobe Suite and Project Management

Purpose of the role:
To support our clients LMS implementation, migration and training process.

Key attributes:
Education and experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in a learning and development, instructional design, or administrative role
• A diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience using Adobe tools to design training materials and e-learning content.
• Experience in coordinating training programmes and tracking learner progress.
• Certification or coursework in LMS, e-learning development, or instructional design is an advantage.
• Additional training in Adobe Creative Suite, project management, or digital learning tools is beneficial.

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content authoring tools.
• Project management experience.
• Preferably Agile experience with managing projects.

• Project tools.
• Time Management.
• Customer service orientated.
• Good communication skill.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic graphic design skills for editing or creating learning materials.
• Ability to design visually appealing training materials and presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Video editing and e-learning content creation (a plus) - preferably Articulate 360
