JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting position exists for a Learning & Development Specialist: Learning Solution Design and Programme Management who will be responsible for the strategic planning, directing and delivering of learning and development programmes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management with specialization in L&D (essential)
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management with specialization in in L&D (desirable)
ODETDP certification with specialization in learning design and ETD management (essential)
3-5 years' experience as a L&D specialist or similar role
Exposure to working with SETAs and learnerships, Internships, YES etc.
Working knowledge of and exposure to best practice in Skills development
Understanding of skills development in relation to B-BBEE & transformation
Knowledge of SETAs (ETQA) procedures
