About the position:

Our client is looking for someone who is inherently passionate, self-motivated and incentivized by the opportunity of being the Master of their own destiny, with the ability to produce their own income and results, driven with the intent to make a difference
Individuals who are able to deliver a consistent sales output to the corporate/business market that requires more management support and guidance than micro-management, in order to meet their monthly and annual targets. Key skills in building relationships, with a consultative oriented solution selling style, in order to identify and co-create opportunities with clients

Responsibilities:

Selling of corporate training solutions
Business Development
Human Resources (BBEEE codes and SETA knowledge essential)

Requirements:

Individuals must have the following Attributes to ensure a high work ethic and professionalism to represent our client:

Experience and skills required:

Minimum 5 years corporate solution sales experience
Knowledge of the SETA framework
Knowledge of the BBEEE codes
Selling services to Human Resources Practitioners/corporate clients
BBBEE Consulting
Training
Excellent people-skills
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
