SUMMARY:
One of our clients in Cape Town is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to provide learning and development administrative support.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Manage the training calendar
Arrange appointments (training providers, university contact) and coordinate training events
Taking minutes in Training Committee meetings as and when required
Maintain up to date training schedules and records
Collate course evaluations and reports
Support internal programme administration (organizing inductions, workshops, and candidates)
Assist with the planning, organization, coordination and management of all training events.
Maintain up to date records and contacts databases
Take responsibility for ensuring deadlines are met
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum commerce degree in Human Resources/Skills Development
- Experience within the financial services industry
- Sound legislative knowledge (SDA, SDLA, SAQA etc.)
- Understanding of SETA processes and legislation
- Microsoft Office - minimum mid-level proficient
- Project management qualification and experience advantageous
- Psychometric assessment experience advantageous
