JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate learning and development individual, to join a well-known energy and chemical company in Sandton on a 6-month contract.

Drive digital learning adoption strategy and statistics for the Energy unit

Implementation of developmental structures for the team, as well as technical coaching and mentoring structures

Stakeholder liaison

Implement the L&D team development program

Succession planning

Compose the on-boarding program

Training needs analysis

Framework implementation - Artisans

Establish governance structures

Responsible for the user friendly section of the L&D intranet

Gaps analysis

Contract renewals

Regional learning forum facilitation and logistics

Facilitate bench-marking and collaboration exercises

Must have:

Matric

Educational / Economics / Management Science degree

No less than 6 years' working experience within a L&D development role, prefer someone from energy and chemical sector

Excellent English written and verbal communication, Afrikaans communication would be a plus

Detail orientated
