SUMMARY:
Our multinational client is looking for a detail-oriented Lease Administrator/ Analyst with a process-driven mindset and a sharp eye for numbers and lease terms!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
â Audit landlord invoices and service charge reconciliations for accuracy and legal compliance
â Investigate discrepancies and manage charge disputes
â Collaborate with stakeholders, finance, and internal teams
â Use tools like Salesforce for tracking and reporting

Minimum requirements:

Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Admin or related field
At least 2+ years in lease admin, AP, or real estate finance
Ability to speak and read German
Familiarity with German, UK, or broader European lease and tax regulations
Strong communication, Excel and analytical skills
