SUMMARY:
New vacancy is available for a Planning and Reporting Analyst in the Group Parts Department, for our client in the Automotive Industry, based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

The role focuses on planning, reporting, and analysis related to parts pricing, sales incentives, and after-sales campaigns. It supports sales performance tracking, forecasting, and business case development, particularly for after-sales promotions. The analyst also contributes to strategic projects, market research, and operational process improvements across Own Workshop and Over-the-Counter channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage parts pricing and incentive programs
Forecasting and reporting on parts sales (retail and purchasing)
Design and execute after-sales campaigns and promotions
Provide strategic project support and conduct market analysis
Support dealer operations and oversee compliance with inventory and quality processes
Engage in packaging development and supplier monitoring

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in fields like Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Data Science, IT, or Engineering
Postgraduate qualification (MBA/MBL/Honours) is advantageous

Experience Required

3+ years in Sales, After-Sales, Dealer Ops, Key Accounts, or Marketing
Experience with incentive management, OEM/importer environments, and campaign execution is preferred

Skills & Competencies

Advanced MS Office & data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, Google Analytics)
Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills
Project/program management and marketing knowledge desirable
Commercial awareness, team collaboration, and a results-driven mindset
