Job Description

This concern in property funding is looking for a number crunching tech savvy individual to join their finance department as a Leasing Auditor. The suitable candidate will need to have a keen interest in commercial leasing.
This role is suitable for a tenacious professional that has a strong ability to pay attention to detail and super organisational skills.

The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Review of lease related documentation and abstraction of critical information including rent and other financial obligations
Tracking of Lease, renewal and amendment rent commencements
Comparing details of the lease to the system and keeping record of the differences.
Review, auditing and processing of leasing monetary/rent obligations.

The requirements:

Qualification:

Completed Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, Property Studies or equivalent

Experience:

3 years’ analysis experience with commercial lease auditing
Working knowledge of commercial lease documents
Working knowledge of basic commercial real estate

Skills Required:

General business and property management acumen
MDA Experience
