Lecturer/Facilitator (Marketing Management) JB1785

To work alongside academics in facilitating the effective stream-out delivery of the college Business Management Courses

Requirements:
Master’s Degree or Higher
Post graduate qualification in business or teaching is desirable
Teaching/lecturing experience in business, management, or related subject
Experience with using digital technologies as a teaching tool
High level business awareness capability
Prior business or organization work experience
MS Outlook, MS Word or MS Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach on the undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes and other supported courses
Blended based student facilitating role
Design and manage processes for student assessment, examination, and feedback
Participate in internal teaching and learning QA processes, committee, and boards
Contribute to the curriculum review and enhancement activities
Contribute to the development of enterprise and engagement activities, establishing business and employer links and generating income related to research, teaching, or consultancy activities
Contribute to subject group strategy and activities
Undertake administrative roles and required
Contribute to maintaining and improving the student experience
Undertake duties commensurate with the aims and objectives of the position, as directed by head of the business school
To recruit an outstanding lecturer in the general field of strategy or entrepreneurship with expertise in any respective sub-field including strategic management, strategic thinking, competition analysis, business venturing and small business management
