IB- Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IB Manager to identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, negotiating partnership deals, and driving client acquisition and deposit growth through strategic collaboration.

POSITION INFO:

• Identify and source potential IB partners across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Conduct outreach via Zailab or WhatsApp calls to present company offerings to new and existing clients

• Research and gather relevant information about potential IBs prior to engagement, including:
• Type (Broker, Trader, or IB)
• Current partnership deals
• Total number of clients
• Deposits and net deposits
• Present and negotiate partnership offers based on IB profiles and business potential
• Prepare and send IB Agreements promptly once terms are agreed upon
• Reshare and repost IB content across company social media platforms
• Distribute marketing materials to IBs weekly via broadcast lists

• Respond to IB queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with IBs to develop strategies that increase client acquisition and deposit growth
• Examples: hosting seminars, creating social media content, and improving promotional activity
• Conduct weekly check-ins to maintain strong, productive partnerships
• Monitor IB activity on social media to ensure consistent promotion of the brand

• Maintain accurate records of all IB partners using personal spreadsheets
• Complete and update the Account Managers Tracking Sheet regularly
• Monitor IB performance, including total clients and deposit growth, to ensure continuous progress

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or partnership management (preferably in finance/trading industry)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Highly organized with strong administrative and reporting skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
