LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

PORT ELIZABETH

MARKET RELATED, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

A minimum of matric
Attend to clients who visit the office
Liaise with consultants to keep diaries up to date
Attend to invoices and follow up on payments
Prepare files for client visits
Attend to correspondence with clients/trade unions/CCMA
Draft disciplinary notices
Assist with the following up on matters
Schedule appointments
Prepare documentation for consultants
Attend to the purchasing of items required in the office
General administrative duties
MUST be able to write and speak Afrikaans/English fluently
Must have license and own vehicle
Any legal background will be regarded as advantageous.
