LEGAL ADMINISTRATOR
HOWICK - KZN
A very busy practice is looking for an organised, neat, tidy and efficient administrator, must have at least 4 years working experience. Essential to live in and around Howick area.
DRIVERS LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE ESSENTIAL.

POSITION INFO:

Basic bookkeeping
Filing
Typing
Collect payments from clients and updating account balances
Implementing administrative procedures and compliance
Entering daily data on P.C.
Maintaining polite and professional communication via Telephone, e-mail and mail
Preparation of monthly statements and reconciliation
Business record keeping (including filing and keeping paperwork in order)
Dealing with any enquiries regarding Payments & Invoicing

MUST HAVE TRACEABLE REFERENCES AND PROVEN TRACK RECORD.
