POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor with a solid background in property law, commercial contracts, and labour legislation. This role will provide critical legal guidance across the business, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and supporting sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property and commercial contracts
Providing legal advice on labour and employment matters
Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
Supporting management with legal risk assessment and mitigation

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role
Strong knowledge of property law, commercial agreements, and labour legislation
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
