SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Responsible for drafting, vetting, and updating of legal documentation, including contracts and legal correspondence.
Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on applicable legislation.
Managing legal risk in line with established legal and operational risk control frameworks.

Requirements:

Completed LLB and must be an Admitted Attorney.
Minimum of 2 years post qualification working experience.
Experience working in the financial services industry is required.
Strong background in contract management and legal drafting is required.
