Legal Advisor
Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position:
A state-owned entity is seeking to employ legal advisor to oversee and manage an effective and efficient Legal and Aviation Compliance Division to ensure the organisation’s compliance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices as well as to attend to legal matters affecting the organisation. The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a B Proc /LLB Degree
Must be admitted as an attorney/advocate
Must atleast have 5 years’ experience as Senior management & 10 years of legal experience in organisations
Must be able to oversee and manage an effective and efficient Legal and Aviation Compliance Division to ensure the organisation’s compliance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices
Must be able to Provide support to the Director of Civil Aviation and the SACAA Board through the identification of Legal & Aviation Compliance operations and Programmes
Must be able to attend to legal matters affecting the organisation.
Must have Excellent communication skills, verbal, written & able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Must have Good time management and organizational skills.
