SUMMARY:
Our client in the Skills Development Public Service Sector has an opportunity available for a Legal Advisor in the Randburg area. This will be a contract position.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

M+3 qualification in Bachelor’s Degree in Law or LLB or relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal environment.
Corporate legal knowledge.
Willingness to travel and work overtime.
Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point.
Excellent drafting and writing skills.

KPAs:

Liaise with, coordinate and ensure the resolution of specific cases by appointed attorneys.
Attend to escalated complaints of a legal nature.
Assist with legal research.
Assist with drafting of all forms of employment-related documents, including pleadings at the CCMA and the
Labour Court.
Maintain up to date contracts register.
Assist with Indexing and paginating of court files and all other dispute resolution procedure pleadings
