ð The Role - Join our dynamic internal legal department and drive compliance, execution, and recoveries with precision and purpose. Weâre seeking an Admitted Attorney with 5+ years post-articles experience in commercial litigation to guide transactions, manage legal documentation, and champion recoveries with professionalism and agility.

POSITION INFO:
ð¼ Your Responsibilities Include

Vetting legal terms prior to credit approval
Drafting and managing legal agreements and securities
Leading commercial recoveries and liaising with external counsel
Performing KYC/FICA/AML/PEP checks
Advising internal stakeholders and finalizing facility documentation
