SUMMARY:
A well established Law Firm in Pietermaritzburg is looking for Legal Bookkeeper to join the team

Salary: Based on Experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric essential
Bookkeeping Diploma would be ideal
AJS accounting software experience is advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of FICA KYC principles are advantageous
Banking experience is advantageous
Law Firm experience is advantageous
Processing of Section 86 (4) investment interest
Capturing advocate and correspondent invoices
Processing of Trust EFTs
Monthly reconciliations/trust balance clean-up
Attending to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors
Prepare files for annual audit
Good acumen for dealing with figures would be preferred
Attention to detail and quality focused
High accuracy levels
Maintain confidentiality
Team player
Able to multitask
Honesty and Integrity
Deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure
