POSITION INFO:

Our client in the Shipping Industry is seeking a Legal Counsel in their Supply Chain division to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, logistics, services and procurement.
Advise on legal risks associated with the sourcing of goods and services, supplier onboarding,
Support procurement and supply chain teams with legal guidance on vendor relationships, contract performance, and dispute resolution.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Provide legal advice during audits or investigations involving supply chain activities.
Assist in the development of standardized templates and best practices for supply chain contracts and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with contract negotiation and data privacy regulations.
LLB Law
Completed Articles.
Familiarity with Logistics/Supply Chain/Shipping Line Industry will be an advantage
