SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a Transport & Technology business with their search for a Legal Counsel role, based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
The salary on offer is between R45 000 - R60 000 p.a

The role has a strong focus on commercial contract drafting and negotiations, supplier compliance, and the rollout of a contract management system.

The core functions:

commercial drafting & negotiations
supplier compliance & risk management
administration of contract management system
labour & industrial relation management
regulatory compliance
dispute resolution

Requirements:

LLB degree + articles
minimum 2 years experience post articles
experience in commercial drafting of contracts + negotiations
open to law firm candidates and in-house counsel
