Lexdan Select is assisting a consumer services company in Cape Town with their search for a legal counsel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The legal counsel role requires:

1) LLB degree
2) minimum 2 years experience as in-house counsel
3) experience in commercial law and exposure to Companies Act
4) Any exposure to Co Sec work a benefit
5) must be familiar with applicable labour laws in SA to assist HR
