SUMMARY:

Legal PA – Commercial Litigation | Dublin (Hybrid)

Location: Dublin
Position: Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Commercial Litigation team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly regarded legal practice, providing dedicated support to a busy team of litigation professionals within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal PA.
Previous experience working within a law firm is highly advantageous.
Experience supporting a Commercial Litigation team is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive and comprehensive PA support to a team of Commercial Litigation lawyers.
Diary, inbox and travel management.
Prepare, format and amend legal documents and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and client communications.
Assist with file management, billing and administrative processes.
Work collaboratively with lawyers and business support teams to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
