Position Title: Legal  Personal Assistant 

Our client, based in the United Kingdom, is looking to hire a Legal Personal Assistant to join their team remotely from South Africa as soon as possible.

Our client is currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Director of our prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in law, coupled with practical experience in the legal sector.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating travel logistics.
• Handle legal administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and conducting legal research.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information.
• Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless integration of professional and personal responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Educational background in law is essential.
• Proven experience working in the legal sector, preferably as a legal assistant or paralegal.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in technology and software applications relevant to the legal field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

This position is remote and is full time, Monday-Friday.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Location: Remote work for a company based in the United Kingdom

Salary: R20 000-R25 000
