Legal Receptionist
Based In Sandton, Gauteng

Our client is looking for a professional and well-presented Legal Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a legal environment who enjoys providing excellent client service and administrative support.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients and visitors. Answer and direct incoming calls. Manage the reception area. Schedule appointments and manage diaries. Receive and distribute mail and courier deliveries. Scan, file, and prepare legal documents. Provide general administrative support to the legal team. Maintain accurate client records. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist, preferably within a law firm. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). Strong organisational and administrative skills. Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
