A well known Law Firm in Pretoria East is looking for a Legal Secretary with a focus on Construction Law looking to join the team

Salary: Market Related

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary with a focus on Construction Law would be ideal
Attending to general administrative duties
Opening new files and maintaining accurate records
Recording and managing billable hours or time logs
Assisting with travel arrangements
Demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to adapt would be preferred
Displaying confidence and a strong personality in professional interactions would be ideal
Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans would be ideal
