POSITION INFO:

Cost Consulting firm is looking for a legal secretary to join their team

Minimum requirements:

•  Receiving new instructions and opening on LMS
• Optaining invoices from Dr''s and Experts
• Following up with Attorneys
• Drafting relevant notices (Notice to Tax Bill, Notice of Set Down and Notice to oppose Taxation)
• Sorting and arranging bill and prepping for service
• Applying for taxation dates
• Updating and providing feedback to clients
• Returning files to clients and updating records
• Any other admin duties
