  POSITION INFO:
  The Role:

  Essential Function:

  • Custodian of contract management system and all tasks related thereto, including the transfer of all old matters into the system
  • Custodian of document management system and all tasks related thereto
  • Assist the team where required with bids/ tenders and the iBOT system related thereto
  • Assist the team where required with bids/ tenders and the iBOT system related thereto
  • Looking for and retrieving requested files
  • Book meetings and meeting rooms
  • Custodian of templates and providing upon request
  • Arranging for documents to be certified and keeping track of them
  • General- assist all legal counsel
  • General office admin
  • Opening Files, allocating to legal counsel â?? keeping list of legal files
  • Archiving of closed files, packing boxes and keeping records of all boxes/files that go to Crown Records Management
  • Assisting the legal team with all expense claims
  • Payment to suppliers
  • Providing the legal team with all required Company secretarial documentation including company letterheads
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Certifications in Microsoft office, word, SharePoint (or other proof of such experience)

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Legal secretary course (an advantage)
  • Proficiency in data base management (an advantage)

  • Ability to work with databases and case management software
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills
  • Ability to perform well under the pressure of multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, including listening skills
  • In-depth working knowledge of relevant computer programs including Microsoft office, word and PowerPoint
  • Integrity, client confidentiality
