Our client is seeking an experienced and well-organised Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately and have previous experience using the AJS Legal Software System.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support to the legal team Manage correspondence, documentation and filing Prepare and format legal documents Manage appointments, meetings and diaries Assist with client communication and general enquiries Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are processed efficiently Perform general administrative duties as required Requirements Previous experience as a Legal Secretary AJS system experience is essential Must be available to start immediately Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Professional and reliable Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
