Legal and Recoveries Officer

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Accelerate Funding Sector who focuses exclusively on entrepreneurs and assisting them in setting up SME’s is seeking a Legal and Recoveries Officer. This role is to manage the legal recovery activities with defaulting clients and to support the legal compliance function in transaction execution and post-transaction monitoring.

POSITION INFO:

We require a Legal & Recoveries Officer to manage the activities focused on recoveries from defaulting clients, including liaising with external legal advisers.  Ancillary activities will include providing support to the legal and compliance function in transaction execution and post-transaction monitoring.  This is NOT a regulatory compliance role.

Law degree, 10-15 years’ experience.  Experience in a litigation/recovery’s role within a financial institution such as BANKING, Private banking as well focusing on clients within the SME market, focusing on debt recovery from businesses [not individuals].
