POSITION INFO:
Position: Lending Specialist (High-Net-Worth Portfolio) Location: Claremont, South Africa Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Purpose As a Lending Specialist , you will take strategic ownership of the structured lending portfolio for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients . You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lending solution ecosystem, ensuring that credit and wealth structures are seamlessly aligned . Key Responsibilities Financial & Risk Leadership: Oversee complex financial analysis, risk management, portfolio management, planning, and forecasting . Bespoke Solutioning: Develop strong, long-term client relationships and design customized structured lending solutions . Internal Collaboration: Partner with Wealth Managers to enhance the structured lending business and maximize overall portfolio profitability . Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics for key stakeholders .
