A Leading Financial Institution, renowned for its innovative approach to wealth advisory, is seeking a high-calibre Lending Specialist to join their dedicated Private Banking and Advisory Team. This is a critical role where you will oversee and enhance a sophisticated structured lending portfolio, collaborating with expert Wealth Managers to drive business profitability and growth.

Responsibilities:
You will be the expert in structured lending, responsible for both portfolio oversight and deep client relationship management.
Portfolio & Risk Management: Oversee the structured lending portfolio for High Net Worth Clients. You are responsible for financial analysis, risk management, portfolio management, planning, and forecasting.
Customized Solutions: Develop strong client relationships and offer customized lending solutions. You will ensure the lending offering is adaptable and shaped in line with clients'' changing needs and broader wealth portfolios.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Wealth Managers to enhance the structured lending business and profitability.
Reporting: Prepare reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics for key stakeholders.


Experience:
7–10 years'' experience maintaining and growing wealth clients with structured lending products.

Qualifications:
A relevant NQF7 Level Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Must have the completed RE5 qualification.
