Well established Law Firm in Brooklyn is looking a Litigation Secretary to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
2 - 4 Years' experience as a Litigation Secretary
Good Dictaphone typing skills
Solid understanding of Legal Practice
Dealing with invoices and payment of them
Good Excel and Word experience
Responsible to prepare large bundles of documentation
Deadline driven
Able to work in high pressure environment
Accurate and meticulous in all aspect
