Pretoria based law firm seeks Senior Litigation Secretary with Foreclosures experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Minimum three years within a litigation Secretary role specifically dealing with foreclosures
Must have thorough understanding of foreclosures specifically undefended matters with exceptional drafting skills
Duties will include:
- applications for default judgement
- enrollment of applications and matters on Caseline
- Ensure Applications are served timeously
- drafting supplementary affidavits and all documents relating to undefended foreclosures
- Follow up with Sheriffs
