JOB SUMMARY:
Engineering concern, based in the East of Johannesburg, is looking for a Creditors Clerk to join their team for 6 months. Experience with Syspro advantageous. A large and lovely company. Immediate availability essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications & Experience:

- Syspro experience essential
- At least 3 years’ experience in a creditors function with high volumes
- Have good organisational skills, excellent follow up skills, good communication and people skills
- A high level of competency in Microsoft Office Excel is essential
- Experience in local and foreign creditors is essential

Key areas of responsibility are:

- Matching and batching of all invoices
- Processing of all invoices onto system
- Liaising with admin personnel at branches / suppliers
- Solving outstanding creditors queries
- Creditors control & reconciliation of creditors accounts
- Maintenance of supplier information on Syspro
- Maintenance of GRN
- Local and foreign creditors
- Adhoc projects as required by business
- Assist with general administration functions in Admin Department
