Gorgeous Lodge situated in the World Renowned South Luangwa National Park is looking for a LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management
Strong financial capabilities
Strong hospitality and field experience
At least 3 years previous 5* lodge management experience in remote Africa
Energetic, healthy, and proactive with a well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience and the ability to provide that experience.
Aware, evolved, energetic, compassionate, respectable, good at communication, and a strong leader.
Critical and lateral thinking ability
Initiative, able to work and perform without supervision
Must be able to cope under pressure to meet and exceed guests' needs
Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests
Attention to detail
Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines
Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others
Computer and financial skills

This is a 2-year fixed-term contract - with potential to be renewed
