Lodge Management Couple / Lodge Manager, 5-Star Safari Lodge

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Lodge Management Couple or a Lodge Manager to lead the operations of an exclusive 5-star safari lodge. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, delivering world-class guest experiences in the heart of the bush.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring exceptional standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational efficiency
• Manage and lead all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Activities
• Build strong guest relationships, ensure personalised service, and handle any guest requests or issues with professionalism
• Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
• Drive staff development, training, and team motivation
• Manage stock control, budgets, and operational reporting
• Collaborate with owners and head office on lodge strategy, marketing initiatives, and special projects

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or Lodge Management Couple in a 4- or 5-star property
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and reporting
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment
• A valid driver’s license is essential
