POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Logistics & Distribution Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and has the drive to deliver world-class inventory and distribution management. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to optimise operations, implement efficiencies, and make a measurable impact on the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- OR proven experience in logistics/distribution management (minimum 3–5 years)
- Prior exposure to the electrical sector is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end logistics and distribution operations, ensuring seamless workflow
- Manage inventory control (including partner stock) to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee receiving, dispatching, and distribution functions
- Ensure all operations comply with SLA’s, SOP’s, and company policies
- Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping to support decision-making
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve peak performance
- Drive continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and efficiency
