JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

University degree in job related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of logistics experience.
Dangerous Goods logistics coordination experience is a merit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Demonstrated knowledge of ERP / WMS / logistics systems and SW.
Experience in manufacturing operations and international companies is preferred.
Experience working with telecom and/or energy products is a merit.
Ability to work in a fast growing global corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inbound and outbound logistics coordination.
Ensure logistics operations are performed in accordance with legal and trade compliance specifications.
Delivery of cost effective and efficient freight services through engagement and coordination.
Delivery of freight and customs related documentation including approval flows for all goods inbound and outbound.
Shipment documents management ensuring accuracy and documents filing is maintained.
Coordination of import and export clearance processes including thorough and consistent tracking.
Coordinate goods movements across all points of supply chain.
Support warehouse stocktaking and cycle count operations.
Daily and weekly reporting of status, issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
Responsible for all activities connected to Rebate 470.03 and other legal reporting requirements with trade compliance responsible.
Handle trade related applications (i.e. COO)
Adherence to IMS and EHS requirements.
Support ISO, customer, and other related audit procedures.
