POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Logistics Coordinator to join a reputable mining operation near Rustenburg. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in transport logistics, dispatch coordination, and stockpile management within the mining or heavy industry sector.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Road Transport Logistics Management or related field
3-5 years in logistics/transport coordination, with 1-2 years in a mining environment (essential)
Valid driver’s license
Certificate of Fitness

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate dispatch with transport contractors, ensuring efficient forward planning
Manage stockpile and Run of Mine (ROM) logistics
Oversee weighbridge operations, including calibration, reporting, and personnel supervision
Ensure compliance with loading/unloading procedures and site safety protocols
Monitor and maintain plant road conditions
