Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the logistics team, ensuring high performance and service excellence
• Support the Head of Logistics with operational oversight, projects, and new initiatives
• Act as the escalation point for key tasks, challenges, and stakeholder queries
• Oversee compliance with import/export regulations, customs laws, and tariffs
• Drive service provider performance through KPI tracking and relationship management
• Compile and analyse logistics data with a focus on cost, lead times, and performance metrics
• Benchmark industry best practices and identify the best routes to market
• Monitor global logistics trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
• Lead cost-optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience in a managerial role with proven operational expertise
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and global supply chain operations
• Demonstrated ability to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
