POSITION INFO:
We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and has the drive to optimise the movement of goods, streamline processes, and deliver operational excellence. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to implement improvements, manage end-to-end logistics, and make a measurable impact on the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (3–5 years minimum)
Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, transportation, and distribution
Oversee inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation to support operational decisions
Lead, motivate, and develop logistics staff to achieve peak performance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimise efficiency
