POSITION INFO:
As the Logistics Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role—overseeing the movement of goods, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across transportation, inventory control, and distribution. You’ll have the autonomy to implement real change and make a measurable impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound & outbound shipments, transportation, and distribution
Oversee inventory control, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate logistics reporting and documentation to support strategic decision-making
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing logistics team
Identify and implement process improvements to optimise workflows and cost efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

ð Education:

Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Preferred)

ð¼ Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years’ proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
Prior exposure to the electrical, industrial, or distribution sectors advantageous
