Logistics Manager( Equipment/Marine Base)

Our client a Leader in the EPC Oil and Gas industry has an opportunity on the project based In Saudi Arabia

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct application of ISPS Codes for the port facility in line with contracting government requirement and in line with international standards
  

• Manage assets, Personnel and supervise equipment maintenance and logistic base activities
  
• Supervise and ensure deadlines are me within cost, safety and quality standards
• Management of logistics/Marine base to support the marine base operations for vessel fleet operating in the area. Materials/Personnel and Equipment.
• Ensure correct ISPS codes are applied for the ports of operation.
• mange project relevant to development of New base,Infrastructures, Base upgrades and infrastructure refurbishment and maintenance

Duties:

• Manage personnel, assets and safety on he base
  
• Compile expenditure budgets and control cost
• Ensure timely follow up of required maintenance of equipment
• ensure appropriate level of equipment reliability
• regular reports
• Asses condition of assets and equipment and dispose of obsolete equipment
• Manage base warehouse and replenish stock in in accordance with requirements.
• Supervise correct storage of equipment on base
• Mange and review patrimonial assets on site and mange the request fr equipment from technical and operational departments.
• manage the logistic associated with vessel and marine base requirements
