An international logistics group, originally from South America and now making waves across South Africa, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join its Cape Town distribution hub in the Southern Suburbs. With a strong client base and a footprint that’s growing fast, this is your chance to make a real impact while building your career.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing a group of drivers and managing route schedules
Assign routes and delivery tasks based on capacity and urgency
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time arrivals and departures
Ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of goods
Troubleshoot delays and route disruptions

Requirements:

Completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Commerce
1 to 2 years’ experience working in the logistics field
Road freight knowledge is advantageous
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and influencing skills
