SUMMARY:
Logistics and Procurement Admin position available in Centurion
Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 (Depending on experience)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business-related field
3+ years experience in a procurement or logistics support role (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
Excellent MS Excel and ERP software skills (Pastel Evolution, Sage, SAP, etc.)
A natural organiser with a razor-sharp eye for detail and timelines
Strong interpersonal skills — you know how to push, follow up, and build trust
Open to South African Residents only
Manage and process purchase orders, supplier communications, and internal procurement workflows
Coordinate incoming stock, supplier lead times, delivery schedules, and warehouse updates
Negotiate quotes, terms, and pricing to balance cost, speed, and quality
Maintain clean, auditable procurement records and resolve supplier issues proactively
Support the logistics chain from green coffee and packaging to spare parts and consumables
Collaborate daily with production, finance, and warehouse teams to keep operations flowing smoothly
Someone who thrives under pressure, communicates like a pro, and balances price, people, and planning
