POSITION INFO:

Logistics/warehouse and Procurement Manager R50KCTC 8 years exp. Expert ERP systems SAP East Rand

Procurement: Source, qualify and negotiate agreements with local and international suppliers (products and services)

Maintain pricing agreements and costing on M3 - SAP will be good.

Achieve cost reduction targets and ensure optimized stock and safety levels together with adequate ordering levels.

Control of stock holding

Supervisory: Supervise 5 staff

Supervise all warehousing and procurement operation.

Manage warehouse supervisor and purchasing assistant.

Ensure adherence to processes in all warehousing operations (Receiving, Picking, Packing, Dispatching)

Conduct monthly and quarterly stock-take, check stock accuracy and working capital optimization.

Optimize warehousing operations, accuracy and efficiency.

Reduce stock by 15% and 5% reduction on cost of goods sold.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in logistic/procurement

5-8 years’ experience in similar industry and position

Managerial experience

Expert in ERP systems and administration

Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written.

Proven human relationship skills and team participation. Problem solver

Planning skillss. supervisory skills

Strong on Admin - Prioritising, identify critical risks.

Package & Remuneration

R50KCTC may be a little negotiable depending on experience.
