Luxury Retail Regional Sales Manager Scope Regional --- 6-8 Stores across Gauteng Performance Split 50% Regional Sales Growth · 50% Talent & People Management Employment Type Permanent · Full-time Travel Requirements In-Store presence across Johannesburg and Australia (Semi-Annual) Role Summary The Regional Lead is the heartbeat of the region. This is a strong leadership role responsible for two pillars: 1. driving commercial performance (SALES) across a portfolio of boutiques, 2. developing the people who make that performance possible. You will be expected to be present in the stores, alive in the numbers and deeply invested in the growth of every individual in the region. This role will also form part of the company's global expansion plan into Australia and therefore semi-annual travel into Aus for 2 weeks at a time will be required. What we are looking for: Experience & Background Proven track record in luxury retail sales --- must have experience leading other retail sales staff within luxury retail Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-team environments. Formal or applied training facilitation experience --- comfortable designing and delivering to adult learners. Background in HR or people management, including performance processes and recruitment.
