What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and other strategic projects
- Support the preparation of financial models (DCF, LBO, and others) for valuation purposes
- Conduct due diligence and analyze financial statements to identify key insights
- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop investment theses and presentations for clients
- Learn to navigate complex deal structures and industry-specific financial considerations
What We’re Looking For:- Newly qualified CA(SA) with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a genuine interest in corporate finance and deal-making
